- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a walkthrough or photos to understand the scope of work. From there, we provide a clear estimate and explain the prep, materials, and timeline. On project day, we properly prep and protect all areas, complete the painting with attention to detail, and finish with a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations.
