- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is based on how much room the items take up in our truck. We have the largest trucks at 19 cubic yards, so you get a lot of space for the money. For example, 1/2 of someone else's truck is 1/4 of ours. And we always round down, in your favor. All of the labor is included in the price and there are no additional fees, such as location surcharges or disposal fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to chat about your removal needs via phone, text, email, whatever is most convenient for you. We always provide a free on-site estimate and if the price works for you, we can remove the items in that appointment. We have same day and next day service available and can accomplish most projects in 2 hours or less.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years in transportation and logistics. We know how to move things, safely, quickly and with a high degree of customer service. We have a deep background in home services, with a concentration in furniture handling and removing items from the home. We are fully-licensed and insured. Our exceptional teams work full-time for us, will arrive in uniform, will be courteous and professional and will take impeccable care of your home, property and the items we remove.
