After hurricane Ida we attempted to work with several well known, highly advertised roofing contractors. Dahlberg Construction was the answer to our prayers. Dahlberg Construction helped my family navigate through a maze of insurance obstacles. Initially our insurance carrier adjuster claimed that the damaged rooftop could be repaired. After several back and forth with the insurance company, Ryan of Dahlberg Construction was able to demonstrate with pictures and counter measurements that clearly showed that the rooftop needed to be completely replaced. The insurance company finally agreed. The rooftop was replaced in one day with the best workers imaginable. Hands down Dahlberg Construction was the best contractor for our roof replacement. Excellent customer services, explained every aspect of the job, reasonable with pricing and clearly working on my family’s behalf. 100% satisfied customer!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to veterans as well as multiple home projects. We also offer steak 🥩 dinners on us for any referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet with the customer and determine the scope of work. At that point, we will either provide an estimate for the work or work directly with the insurer to ensure that the proper line items are being addressed and accounted for by the insurance company. Next, we schedule a time to select a shingle manufacturer and color and we schedule the work(usually about a week out). Once the work is completed, we will follow up with your insurer to finalize the claim and get any remaining funds released to our customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
General Contractors license as well as licensed insurance adjusters on staff.
