I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ashley and her team! We had a small ceremony in City Park and a reception in the French Quarter. Our wedding involved more logistics than I ever could have imagined, and hiring Ashley for same-day coordination was one of the best decisions we made. Ashley was incredibly organized—she gathered all of our vendor information, reached out to each one, and created a detailed, easy-to-follow itinerary for our wedding day. Most importantly, she truly listened to us and honored what mattered most on our big day. She was always accessible and responsive throughout the entire process, which gave us so much peace of mind. Despite the rain, a Saints game, and a few unexpected challenges, Ashley handled everything flawlessly. Our guests even commented on how well-organized the day was! My husband, who is also a wedding photographer, said Ashley is one of the best coordinators he’s ever worked with. Ashley feels like part of the family now—and she’ll absolutely be hired for my sister’s wedding! We had an amazing experience and would hire her again and again.

Ashley was the kindest, most professional person and she made my wedding day alot more relaxed. She was on time, for everything, and she kept us on schedule. VERY PUNCTUAL! She knows her stuff, and she got everyone in line. My sister was being a ‘Zilla, and as she tried to take over Ashley wasn’t having it. She got the photographers in line, she managed to calm down my uncooperative mom, she made sure the DJ was doing her thing, she wrangled the drunk groomsmen, she brought all my stuff back to my house after evrything was over. She was hired as a day-of coordinator, and she took the reigns from me maybe two months before the big day, when she was actually hired to take over on the wedding day. She didnt have to do that. That’s when I knew she was my coordinator. She gave me 1000% of her time, and she is a God send! I pray that she is always successful in what she does, because she deserves her flowers. Ashley, you are amazing! A++++

If you are questioning if you need a day of coordinator…the answer is yes, yes, you do. I had a micro wedding in December of 2023. I wanted to have a stress free wedding day…or as stress free as possible. My fiancé and I interviewed a few coordinators early in 2023. We really liked Ashley’s demeanor and vibe on the phone. She asked thoughtful questions, listened to our answers, and asked good follow ups. Through out the process of creating the timeline for the wedding day, she asked questions to figure out logistics that I didn’t even think about. My fiancé and I were using the same car to get to our venue and she helped us map out that timeline. I am so glad she did because we needed to do some slight adjustments to the rental timeframe. That’s just one example of the attention to detail that she has, which made our day go great! She was involved in every aspect from the transportation company, photographer, venues, etc. She asked questions to understand guest dynamics and if there was anything she needed to be aware of in that regard. I didn’t even think about that until she posed the question! There was a very minor snafu the day of due to the bridesmaids making an unplanned detour from the ceremony to the reception. Ashley listened to me vent, had 2 different solutions thought though, helped me change into my tennis shoes from heels, and above all…kept me calm! Though we only booked her for the day, she sent follow up messages, a holiday card and is helping us nudge along one of our vendors for their deliverables, post wedding. Do not underestimate the value of a day of coordinator! I am SO extremely happy that we booked Ashley. She feels like a friend at this point!

5 stars is just not enough. Ashley deserves all the stars in the sky. I planned a destination wedding in New Orleans and hired her as my Day of Coordinator. I can’t imagine having had anyone else but her taking charge of the day. I’m an anxious person by nature and I don’t think I have ever been so completely relaxed and present. She took care of absolutely everything day of. She is such a calming presence and made it the most incredible experience. During the time leading up to the wedding she helped me organize what I needed to get done, found flaws in my timing and vendor contracts, and reassured me that it would all be ok. And it was. It was perfect. She is perfect. Just stop looking and get in touch with her.

I hired Ashley for my wedding reception and am so glad I did! Her coordination amongst staff and vendors, incredible attention to detail, and magical ability to have the reception site perfectly executed and ready for guests in a short amount of time was amazing. I didn't have to worry about a thing the entire reception, I was able to simply arrive and enjoy time with my guests.
