Melinda did a wonderful job cleaning up our shotgun for a move out. It looked and smelled great, even the filthy bathroom and cabinets. I would definitely hire her in the future for additional jobs.

This is the first time I used B&G House Cleaning. Ms. Dell was very professional and did an excellent job in the areas that she cleaned. However, there were several areas overlooked: Kitchen - stainless hood over stove sticky and dusty; granite countertops not cleaned; chandelier lights over kitchen table very dusty Laundry Room - washer and dryer dusty and sticky on top from fabric softener cup Den - fireplace mantel dusty; tv stand dusty Considering her professionalism (and the fact that she worked 6 hours in my home), I'm confident that Ms. Dell would have been willing to resolved this matter had I noticed the problem areas before she left. Therefore, I plan to use her again on a bi-weekly basis. P Crawford
