Pro: Responded quickly to Thumbtack. Was friendly. Price was fair. Let me know when they needed to reschedule. Accepted Venmo. Con: The job itself wasn’t great. It was just a strip of grass by sidewalk, but part of grass was missed and length was not cut uniform. Looked like weed wacker was used instead of mower. Clippings were not blown nor picked up. I had someone follow-up to clean up job.
