RUN FAR AWAY!!! I would be surprised if he is really a licensed plumber. I hired Nick to inspect my property and to fix the issues that were in my home. From the very beginning I always felt as if I had to be "fit into his schedule". With just about everything he touched he had to come back later to finish something later. My issues are that, I paid him for installing my double vanity. He didn't complete that, yet I paid him. When I informed him he came back out but charged me for completing it when I was already charged for the complete job previously. He was also to fix and install tub fixtures, he installed the fixtures and they are worse than when he started. They are wobbly and will not pass an inspection. Yet he feels that this is acceptable and isn't willing to correct his wrong. I wish it would let me upload the video to show you better. Do yourself a favor. Hire a professional.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive. I do have base rates I work off of with a 2 hour minimum. This minimum is strictly time on the job. It covers my drive time, but does not include. Price only goes up if I am on your job for more than 2 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep it as simple as possible. It starts with us talking about your issue, I then like to explain my method of fixing the issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified to operate all equipment i used. I have been trained and tested by the manufacturer of my equipment to ensure safe and proper operation.
