- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive. I do have base rates I work off of with a 2 hour minimum. This minimum is strictly time on the job. It covers my drive time, but does not include. Price only goes up if I am on your job for more than 2 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep it as simple as possible. It starts with us talking about your issue, I then like to explain my method of fixing the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified to operate all equipment i used. I have been trained and tested by the manufacturer of my equipment to ensure safe and proper operation.
