Jon and Gereme were very punctual, professional, and polite. It only took Jon less than 30 minutes to clear the clogged kitchen sink and put everything back together. Alsi, the cost of the repair was very fair. He helped to explain what caused it and what I can try to do to prevent it. If I ever have another plumbingrepair I know who I will be calling. I contacted them over the weekend and they said they could fix the issue on Tuesday between 1-5. Then they contacted me today and said they could be there between three and four, which I discovered was BS after the fact. So when I msg'd them at four o'clock, they said the tech was wrapping up, and would be here at five, and I just received the call from the technician saying he's twenty minutes away, which would be almost six o'clock at this point. If your people couldn't get it done in the time frame stated and when I needed it, then you were the wrong company to call and I was better off going with the other guys at this rate, because at least they said they would have been here yesterday. Thanks for nothing.
