My experience with using Coll's appliance repair was absolutely phenomenal. I was a little skeptical at first but Leslie managed to fix both my washer and dryer and heavily accommodated my hectic schedule. His prices were then fair and I am very satisfied with his work. He was persistent with identifying the issues and went out of his way to provide excellent service and I can't thank him enough.

Mr. Collins came out today to take a look at my refrigerator. He arrived on time, gave me a detailed account of the issue, ran the numbers for repair vs new fridge (it makes more sense for me to buy a new one). He didn't charge me the $65 service fee because he felt bad about the issues I had with getting my home warranty company to repair it. Very nice and professional.

Mr. Coll actually was able to come the day before my assigned appt. and I was so grateful as my refrigerator wasn't working. He was able to find the issues and do the repairs. He was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. I will call on him again should I need repairs on any other appliances.
