Introduction: I am licensed through the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors, LHI# 11265 and Certified by InterNACHI. I am passionate about using my knowledge as a Home Inspector to provide you with a comprehensive inspection so you have the ability to make informed decisions about your new home! I am committed to providing you with a personalized service that leaves you feeling confident in your investment! My inspection includes a thorough assessment of the foundation, interior / exterior walls, soffits, interior / exterior windows and their operation, roof structure, roof coverings including flashings, attic ventilation and insulation, interior / exterior doors and seals, grading and drainage to protect your foundation, ceilings and floors, stairways, built-in appliances, HVAC system and ducting, electrical outlets and switches, electrical panels and grounding, plumbing, water heater and gas lines. Each report includes a FREE digital foundation measurement and is custom written and includes photos with easy-to-understand explanations of any deficiencies noted. Reports are delivered within 24 hours. Most reports will be delivered same day. If you are present during or after the inspection, it would be my pleasure to walk you through my findings, as well as, give you tips on proper home maintenance to keep your home in excellent condition. My clients are important to me and should know that I will always be just a phone call away to give advice or answer questions regarding their home and its maintenance.

While looking for a roofer, to repair a pressing leak, I also hired a Home inspector. He thoroughly reviewed the entire house and identified the repairs we need to make post Ida. He also gave a detailed inspection review of the roof for additional Ida caused issues. The inspector was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. He used a FLIR Infrared camera to check for thermal issues. He also used a fancy level gage to check the floor was level. Very professional.
