We have used Capital Building Maintenance for over 15 years and have not had any bad experiences with them. If they miss their night to clean because of an emergency they make up the night ASAP since we do once weekly.

I looked online for a new company to start cleaning my office building. I was given some cheaper prices from other competators but the prices sounded too good to be true. I ended up making a great decision by giving a contract to Capital Building Maintenance. The company did an outstanding job dusting, sweeping, mopping and doing everything possible to make my building look amazing! No, we do as much as we can to tailor a custom quote to our customers. We want to make sure that we listen to all of their needs and make sure our price fits what they want.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We evaluate what the new customer is looking for. We tailor a specific contract to fit the customers needs. We make sure all of their needs are listened to and performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I as the owner have been in the cleaning business for over 25 years now. We clean a number of different buildings from small office to large retail stores. All of our staff are highly trained and many have well over 5, 10 and 20 years experience.
