I was looking forward to our appointment with Mr.Tillman. I had booked a couples massage. When we arrived to his office nobody was there and it was only one small room with one massage table. Me and my husband had a couples massage on our honeymoon and we received our massage together at the same time, so that was a little strange. However we continued to wait for Mr.Tillman and I called his cell and left 3 different messages, letting him know we were there waiting and to call me back please. After an hour of waiting and no phone call we decided to leave. I left him one more message asking for a refund. A couple if hours later I received a text message from Mr.Tillman saying that he had a family emergency and that it could not have been helped. I can understand having a family emergency but I thought it to be very unprofessional to text me instead of call like I requested over the phone. Anywho I left him know that I understand, still expecting my refund. I let him know that we do not live in the area and would not be coming back that way. All he said was well if your ever back in town you have 2 60min massages on me, courtesy of Nu Era Massage. I had to laugh because he acted as if he had given me 2free massages when in fact I had already purchased them. It was a good deal but I guess you get what you pay for!

I found Mr. Tillman to be punctual (on schedule and considerate of my time), professional (costs were clarified upfront), and perceptive (able to adapt massage techniques as needed). Not only do I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nu Era Massage, I plan to become a regular customer.

Awesome experience! Michael is personable yet professional and his hands are magical. The pain in my neck and shoulders is gone and I feel great. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
