Gary was excellent! He answered promptly to my request for a gas dryer repair, listened to what I thought was the problem, attempted to troubleshoot as much as he could prior to coming in for the repair, he communicated with me on what needed to be done and completed the job efficiently. He cleaned inside and around the motor of my gas dryer without me asking him to do it. Gary was very professional.
