We are absolutely satisfied with Mr. Electric. From our initial phone call to the point of job completion, our serviceman, Joe, was professional, personable, and had an extraordinary work ethic. He patiently described the unexpected electrical problem we had, giving us options about how to proceed to repair. Just home from a vacation we found we had no water and thought the problem was our well. In no time, he came to explain the details to be addressed. He was on time and very communicative every step of the way. We would not hesitate to use Mr. Electric in the future and I have to say I think we would want to request Joe! Now we can take showers and have the relaxing weekend we wanted!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call or fill out an appointment request online with Mr. Electric, we’ll confirm availability with you as soon as possible and provide updates throughout your experience, beginning to end. We’ll treat your property like it’s our own, using our own floor mats and shoe covers to keep dirt and dust off your floor. Our tool mats ensure no tool rests on a surface on your property. Plus, our service comes with a one-year workmanship guarantee and manufacturer’s parts warranty.
