- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge a flat rate to come out whether it be to provide an estimate or do a small repair. If i give an estimate, I will credit the amount to the job if hired. I feel that charging a flat fee to come out is fair due to the rising cost of fuel and compensation for my time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients and form a friendship with them so that they know what kind of professional they are dealing with. I always listen to my customers needs and offer professional advice to help better their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate degree in electrical engineering from Delgado and pursuing a Bachelor's degree from UNO.
