- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the trending prices of the market as well as availability of products. Every piece is hand engraved and aren't wholesale reproductions each piece created is authentic to that particular client and is never duplicated
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my first step is to contact the customer for a consultation to find out exactly what they are looking to get engraved and how soon. I then listen to the client ideas and concerns and began to formulate a design based on what they have given me or if they don't have an idea I help with creating something based on or around their event. I keep my clients involved throughout the Engraving process giving them frequent updates on the status of their order.

I am a self taught glass engraver with over 12 years of customer service and marketing experience that I am transferring over to my engraving business client satisfaction is my main priority
