I have used Paulo for a major reconstruction and renovation of a family house. Most things went okay but I have discovered two major issues after moving in: 1) the hot water is not connected in the shower and 2) roof shingles which he installed don't cover 2 feet of the roof on the bottom edge, so that a wooden frame underneath the roof is exposed and it rains on the wood. These have to be fixed. I have been calling Paulo and leaving voice mail and e-mail messages since the last week of January 2014. It is now the 2nd week of March and I still have not heard back. I am planning to send a written letter and then go through other channels if he does not return my phone call immediately. My aim is not to say negative things or to post a bad review, but these issues are serious and have to be fixed. I will take the review down if Paulo takes care of them.
