- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can accommodate almost any budget depending on the menu choices. We like to customize every menu to the event, availability of the freshest ingredients, and what the feel of the event the customer wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss what type of food they would like to learn, number of people attending and the time available. We like to get personal and detailed so that we can provide people with a great experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have many years in the restaurant industry. Melanie has made it to the final auditions for Master Chef, yes the show on tv., and has been cooking for crowds for twenty plus years, Peter was an executive chef for a non-profit here in New Orleans. In the recent past he also was a lead chef for a resort in Wyoming.
