ABR sent someone out quickly as we were moving in to patch and paint our primary bedroom (trim and walls). The end result looks perfect and the color match for the trim to match the shutters couldn’t be better. We’re very pleased.

I contacted ABR Construction Services, LLC for help with a leaky roof. While they were initially responsive and even sent someone out on a Sunday, the experience quickly became disorganized. A follow-up visit was scheduled, but there was confusion — one representative didn’t know who “Sharon” was, despite her being involved in the scheduling. After a three-way call with Sharon and Wayne, we agreed that another team member, August, would handle the visit. August came on 8/23/25 and was knowledgeable and professional. However, I never received a follow-up or a quote. I reached out to August on 9/7/25, and he said he had forwarded the information to Wayne. I followed up again via text on 9/12/25, and Wayne said he would get back to me — but it’s now been three weeks with no response. It’s with regret and disappointment that I leave this negative review. I had hoped for better communication and follow-through, especially when dealing with something as urgent as a leaky roof.
