Working with Gianni was a great experience. We had just moved in the house and had little knowledge of its issues and plumbing. He was able to figure out the issues and fix them right away. His flexibility and understanding of my schedule was great. He made himself available when fit my schedule. He was very reasonable on the time and price and we will absolutely be calling him directly in the future for any further needs we have. Could not ask for a better experience

Plumbing, Carpentry, Flooring were the jobs that Gianni performed for us. Gianni and company did a fine job of ensuring that our property is brought up to code. Additionally, Gianni was very generous in his suggestions on what work and improvements needed and how to be proactive in avoiding future issues with water leaks, wood corrosion, etc. It was truly money well spent in dealing with Quality 4 Less. Awesome awesome business man and plumber! He came out gave me a estimate on the time it would take to do the job, and he was right on time with everything. He fixed 8 leaks under my home in under 4 hours and now my home has running water again. I will definitely stay in business with his company and refer him to family if any plumbing issues arise! Great job excellent service and best price is what you get when working with Quality 4 less. After the freeze snap in New Orleans the other guys wait time was 4 days. He came out the next day. Very thorough. I'm happy to reccomend this company for your plumbing needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I the owner and 2 others will be working for you. My Company price is $85.00 per Hour vs other contractors with same license and insurance charge $125.00 per hour and the owner will never work there. I also do not mark up any materials. YOU pay what I pay for materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a cash back DEAL for my new customers. I also respect their vision of their project. I also help them along the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years experience in this business. I have been in Business for over 20 years. I have plenty of references and my reputation speaks volumes. The education for this industry is ongoing every year.
