Jimmy w/ JM Home Services LLC was quick to respond and provided standard quote for the work specified in his response to my request. When he arrived he was ready with his mask and even reminded me to put one on, lol. I had a running toilet and clogged bathroom sink. He replaced the valve and flapper and now my toilet is no longer running and the flush pressure is even stronger. The sink presented a challenge. Once he removed the clog, he noticed that my sink was leaking due to the incorrect installation of the faucet. This part of the job took him longer to correct because neither of us were prepared but because of how thorough he was he would not leave until the job was done. He had to add two mechanism which were an additional $32 but it was necessary. What I can say he did not charge me additional for labor. I am pleased with how professional he is, he arrived with a pickup with his company name on the side and all the tools and supplies in case of unexpected issues. I plan to keep him in my back pocket for more home services.

I reached out to Jimmie and he responded within minutes of the text. I explained to him what my problem was. He gave me a time that he would show up. Showed up within the estimated time. He was very professional and very soft spoken too might I add lol. He explained to me what the problem was. He repaired it. Showed me the completed work and was done and gone within 2 hours. So far I’m pleased with his work and would use him again. He also told me he does other work outside of plumbing. I recommend him.

Jimmy replied timely to my request, was very informative to jobs already scheduled, followed up when prior job ran over, timely arrival, quick to assess and resolve the plumbing problem, clean/picked up behind himself and for added value he looked at/cleaned the faucet screens to ensure even water flow! He will be my plumber going forward.

JM Home Services were awesome. He responded timely and the price was very fair. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and now my faucet doesn’t drip anymore!! The fixture was very hard to pick up to put the new cartridge in and he was very patient with the process. Would definitely recommend and use again!!
