- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a meeting on site and discuss the client's personal project goals. Once we arrive at defining the scope of design work I will provide specifics on design fees and move on to providing preliminary recommendations ( including 3D sketches if requested to help visualize the design solution) and meet to review. After gaining client input I will format the design in formal documents and drawings ( autocadd) to convey the design intent to contractors (allowing competitive bidding and avoid any confusion/ mistakes during construction) and provide any assistance ( if requested) to oversee construction is faithfully executed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I spend a considerable amount of time and effort to stay current on codes, technology, and new materials and products. In this industry, it is imperative to keep ahead of all the latest advancements and make them available to my clients. that is part of the inherent value I bring to the table.
