I won’t bury the headline. I can’t wait to hire E&A again. They did excellent work. Alberto was a little standoffish, initially, but he’s professional. He looks all business, but he softened up over the course of the job. He arrived earlier than expected to assess the work and provide an estimate. He measured the room and gave me the cost. I had received three other quotes, but they were all higher. I had even hired a different company a week earlier to paint a different bedroom, and while they were slightly cheaper, the work wasn’t as good as E&A. Vincent (the painter) was friendly and professional. He worked cleanly. He was also on time during the two-day job. Vanessa, the project manager, was also great. She was a breath of fresh air and very warm. She made sure I was satisfied with the work, and I’m certain she would have handled any issues if there had been any. I look forward to working with the E&A team again in the future.
