I've also remodeled houses from reframing to trim work carpentry. But I have a real passion for the outdoors. Turning a blank canvas into an oasis is extremely gratifying. We take pride in our work, equipment, and relationships with customers. Most of our business is from referrals.

They do a great job. My gardens looked terrible but they came in and raised the beds and keep flowers and mulch looking nice and fresh. My lawn is always kept at a perfect length. Since I started using United I've got my weekends back and my house looks so much more appealing.

The response time between calls and emails is excellent. You will receive communication back within an hour or two. They were able to cut my grass the same day. Very knowledgeable about landscaping and lawn care. My lawn was cut the best I have ever seen. Extremely neat and precise cutting and no mess left behind, even though my son left his trike out in the driveway. No grass was on the trike or my car.

Josh and his team were prompt, efficient, meticulous, communicative, and everything I needed for my landscaping maintenance job. I have worked with a few other landscapers and none of them came close to the professionalism that I have received from Josh thus far. They listened closely to my instructions and worked accordingly. I intend to have a continued relationship with his company - and may even expand it to other types of work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to meet one on one with the customer for a few reasons. First to make sure I understand exactly what the customer wants. Second I document everything by photographs. Third I explain in detail how we operate and the costs so there is never a surprise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
U S L is a young company accompanied by irrigation, horticulture, and chemical licenses. Also fully insured and workers comp.
