I enjoy spending time getting to know my clients. I want them to understand what muscle it is they are working and the results they can expect. I enjoy educating them on how to take better care of themselves and enjoy doing it. I am fortunate to have a private home studio with no distractions or waiting for someone else to finish a set on a piece of equipment. My workouts vary each time, so it doesn't get mundane. And I enjoy doing the exercises with my clients, not only to demonstrate proper form, but to offer encouragement. And I LOVE the looks on their faces as they SEE the changes in their bodies that they came here to get.
