This workout changed my life! It helped build my core strength and alleviate back problems. I am strong, my posture is great and I stay slim and fit by combining my training with a clean diet. Darren keeps it varied by using different equipment and techniques so I don't ever get bored. I would recommend this workout to anyone!

I love that it's a small group with a different workout everyday. TRX, kettle bells, body weight (etc). Just 30 min a day with maximum results.
