My company was struggling under a significant amount of business debt from merchant cash advances where we were making daily debt payments to several of these lenders. We had good business coming in, but making daily payments on high interest debt was strangling the cash flow of our business. Myself and my business partner felt we had no options but to consider closing our 17 year old company. John Butler was referred to me by a friend and within one meeting, John was able to have us legally halt the daily debt payments and he started the process of negotiating down our debts with the lenders and begin the process of refinancing the remaining lowered debt balance with a lower interest rate. Within six months John was able to help us sell our business to a larger company and pay off our remaining debt.

I found this on Google. I have called and tried to talk with several tax attorneys but couldn't get any help because the IRS owes me. They made me an appointment and I went in. The attorney came in conference room to take my info. I asked about the cost of hiring them but was told first we need to make sure you need us. After taking and reviewing my info they told me how to fix my problem and no charge because I could send the paperwork myself. WOW! an honest attorney (lol). I couldn't believe they took their time to help and wouldn't take money because I didn't actually need an attorney just some guidance. I have called and talked to the IRS several times and called several tax attorney offices, from TV and Radio ads, for help over a 2 year period and these people just settled my problem that quick Thank Y'all again! If you need honest people that know their job then call this office!

At my office all initial consultations are free. I believe anxiety is rooted in not having a clear path forward. I will provide every potential client with understanding of their situation--regardless of whether or not they ultimately decide to hire an attorney to resolve their issue.

My firm has decades of combined experience in matters of tax defense, wills, successions, estate planning, civil litigation, insurance, and more.
