FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so pricing depends on the scope of work, materials, difficulty, and travel. I aim to provide fair, transparent pricing with quality workmanship that lasts. Most smaller service calls start with a minimum service fee, while larger projects are quoted individually after reviewing photos or discussing the details. I’m always upfront about costs before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact me, I’ll ask for photos, project details, and your timeline so I can understand exactly what you need. From there, I’ll provide an estimate or schedule an on-site visit if needed. I focus on communication, reliability, and making sure the finished work is done correctly the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work in repairs, installation, woodworking, finish carpentry, and problem-solving across residential and commercial projects. I’ve developed a strong attention to detail and a practical approach that helps me handle everything from simple repairs to custom solutions.
