What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
S179 for basic 3 week program under normal circumstances. (Full cooperation of our pet parent; homework applied daily in 10 minute increments.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come to their home and spend 1 hour per week for 3 weeks. Observe and write out behavior prescription customized for each pet parent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with both Petsmart and Petco as a trainer.
