I have been a client of Computer Troublshooters for at least 8 years. Their prices are cheaper than the big chain tech companies. I love the fact that they make service calls not only to my business but to my home as well. They even took the extra time to educate my son on his new laptop before he went to college. My business computer and my son's computer are remotely linked to Computer Troubleshooters, so they can monitor any problems he or I may be having. I can call or email them at anytime and get a response that day. Jamie and Raine are more than just associates, they have become good business friends.

    Don't be afraid to ask questions. If they don't want to provide the answers treat that as a red flag. We gladly tell you that we are licensed and insured. We belong to local chambers and are BBB accredited. We are proud to let you know that we have been in business for 10 years, have 25 years experience in the IT industry and that we are locally owned. We will also give you references! We also ask questions. We want to know what is your computer doing or not doing. WHY...because it could be something very simple that does not need a service visit.
