FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What Is Always Included in the Base Price: All Local Disposal Fees: Clients never pay extra for landfill or transfer station dump tickets; this cost is completely factored into your volume quote. Full-Service Labor: The rate includes all heavy lifting, carrying items down stairs, and loading. The Post-Job Sweep: A clean sweep-up of the garage, driveway, or room is not a part of the standard package. There is a flat fee of $50 if we have to clean and sweep after removal. There is also a $50 fee if we have to gather junk that isn't piled up; it’s scattered across a yard or house, requiring us to manually bag loose trash first. Will not at this time load items like concrete, brick, tile, dirt, or wet shingles. Hazardous Materials: Paint cans, automotive fluids, chemical batteries, and specialized biohazard conditions require safe handling and will carry separate disposal fees of $75. Major Appliance Freon Costs: Units containing refrigerant (such as older refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners) require a flat surcharge of $75 to cover certified environmental extraction fees. Available Discounts and Incentives: Curbside Driveway Discount: $20 discount if the homeowner or landlord moves all the junk out to the driveway or curb ahead of your arrival.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Rapid Inquiry & Photo Review: 2 to 3 clear photos or a quick smartphone video of the junk. Looking at the items beforehand is the only way to accurately estimate if a job is a 1/4, 1/2, or full truck bed load. Step 2: Clear, All-Inclusive Flat-Rate Quote: Send the estimate. Disclose add-ons early. Secure the slot. Step 3: 1st day-of-job communication: The "On My Way" Text. On-Site assessment. Step 4: Loading, cleanup, and execution of safe packing. Step 5: Final Review, Payment & Review Request.
