- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat rate company with transparent, upfront pricing competitive in the market with other local service companies. We provide detailed estimates and diagnostic services for HVAC, Electrical and Generator installs and repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially discuss the project with the customer and collect basic information for our customer software database. We then match them with the appropriate technician and service to meet their needs and then get them scheduled for a time that works best for them. Customer service and satisfaction is our number one priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-State licensed Electrical and Mechanical contractor -EPA/NATE certified -Generac and Briggs and Stratton Certified -Dealer for American Standard, Ameristar, Lennox, Mitsubishi, Generac, Briggs and Stratton -Over 40 Years of electrical experience -Over 20 Years of HVAC service and installation experience -Over 20 years of generator service and repair experience
