Was on time for the estimate, professional, listened and I was thinking perfect, the job is going to be done. Told me I would receive the estimate that night (Monday) or the following morning at the latest. It's now 7:45pm on Tuesday and have not received anything. My rule has always been the estimate gives you an idea how the job will go, not good.
