What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate of $50 with a minimum of $100 per project. I offer discounts to ongoing projects or longer videos. Please view my projects example panel to find my pricing breakdown sheet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to message the client to figure out the scope of the project and budget, and give them some examples of my work to review. If moving forward together seems like a good idea for both of us, I usually like to have a phone call to discuss the project in further detail. Then we will set project guidelines and expectations, figure out workflow and get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors of fine arts in film from UNC School of the Arts with a concentration in picture editing and sound design.
