What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I consistently uphold my practice and certifications. I am a certified 200hr RYT soon to be E-RYT Certified in chair yoga, pre-natal, and vinyasa/Hatha yoga, & Connected Warriors. Yoga alliance registered. I attend yoga journal conference every year and coninue my education with various workshops and retreats.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You need to have a connection to your instructor. You will feel it immediately. Make sure you feel comfortable speaking about your limitations and ensure they know how to make modifications for your benefit.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I have a passion for the military and am working on partnering with a foundation to host free classes for vets and their families in the New Orleans area. I also host/ lead yoga retreats around the world and domestically partnering with a few non profit organizations to build communities through volunteerism and yoga.
