- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Becoming a yoga teacher is a calling and I'm glad I answered it. I've always been fascinated with the human body and its capabilities. I have been a personal trainer for five years and it wasn't until recently that I gravitated more toward yoga and away from weightlifting. The spiritual aspect of the practice contributes to a balanced lifestyle that so many of us hope to achieve.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients typically want to take a class with their friends. I often teach yoga to a group of 4-10 people at a time. Vinyasa (Flow) classes are the most popular.
