I had high wind which blew down an 80 ft tree and then I noticed I had missing shingles on my roof. Greg English came out and inspected my roof the next day and advise that I had damage and should call my insurance company inspector to write an estimate. The Liberty Mutual inspector came out the next day and approved a new roof. Greg quoted me a good price with my deductable and they started two days later. The men worked long and hard and finished the job in 2 days with architectural shingles. Greg sold me and installed two Solar powered ventilators to save energy and I am well pleased. I paid Greg my promised down payment and then the balance plus the insurance payment . Greg actually caught an extra payment from Liberty Mutual that was intended for me that I did not notice. I could not have been more pleased with Red Stick and Greg English. They did an excellent job on the roof, and the entire project was quick and went very smooth. I highly recommend Greg English and Red Stick Restoration for any roofing needs.

I would like to let others know the satisfaction I recently experienced in re-roofing my home, ,garden building, and pigeonnier.From helping me select an appropriate shingle to compliment the styleand existing colors of my home to removing theold roofing, then proceeding with the new shingles, all was carefully planned and executed in a orderly and skilled manner as the crew worked as a team.Supervision was provided by Mr. Gregory English, owner of Red Stick Roofing. Existing attachments on roof including lightning rod, TV dish, ,sky lights, and a fineal above the annexed garage had to be addressed. No problems upon completion. All these things are just as before each being dealt with individually.After mentioning to Mr. English the problem of extremely elevated temperature in the attic destroying many things that I have in storage. He gave me the answer to my problem. There is an innovative solar attic fan which installed will lower the temperature considerably at no cost to operate since it is solar energy. I had these devices installed by Mr. English. This I am so grateful to him.I give Red Stick Roofing a 10 star rating.Doris Jewell

I am so excited I got a new roof! I really appreciated all of the time and the concern Mr. English put forth in helping me to get to this done. He came out with the insurance adjuster to ensure I got the best of my claim. When the insurance didnt meet the needs, he stepped up again to my aid and proved to them what additional items were needed to complete the job. I thank God for helping me to chose this contractor. He is fair, he is easy to communicate with, he shows personal interest, and even more than that he is an honest man. He delivered on all his contractual promises. His employees arrived promptly and wereAll hard working conscientious men that took prideIn what they were doing. They left my lawn neat and clean. The job was completed in just two days! I am very satisfied with the services I received from beginning to end. I know nothing about roofing, materials needed, or even a color to choose. Red Stick Roofing was referred to us by our insurance company and I am so glad that they did! Greg English got in touch with us soon after we contacted our insurance company. He was very prompt with his service, and readily available if we had any questions. The turnaround time to get a new roof was quick because of Greg's customer service (honestly, the only people dragging their feet was us because we were on vacation). Our new roof looks fantastic! The crew who put on our roof did a great job and cleaned up nicer than they found it. Greg also was the liason between the insurance company and us, so it was much easier to deal with just him and not have to go back and forth. I highly recommend Red Stick Roofing!

My daughter in law has been harrassed multiple times by someone at this company today on Easter Sunday. The person calling has repeatedly asked for a "Nancy". When informed that there was no Nancy, the caller proceeded to go off saying that she needed to be considerate, he spent 40$ on the roof and be serious and hung up on her. On his second call, he was again informed that he had the wrong number to which he said she had to be Nancy because that is what his records showed. He proceeded to talk through her then hung up on her again. This is not professional nor anywhere near acceptable for a professional. If this is how this company treated Nancy, I can understand her giving him a bogus number to reach her. Thanks for attempting to ruin our Easter.
