I charge $15 per hour and the cost of replacement components.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I inquire what the customer needs and expects as well as whatever knowledge the customer has of the problem or issue they are having with their computer or home network.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
TestOut PC Pro, TestOut Network Pro, TestOut Office Pro, and TestOut Server Pro Manage and Administer. These are all 100% performance/simulation based, not just book knowledge exams. I am a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honour Society and was selected by the International Scholar Laureate Program to study over seas. I currently hold a 3.8 GPA at Northshore Technical Community College in the Information Technology program.
