- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bid with competitive pricing. We have a lot of discounts including multiproject discounts. We will beat any competitive offer. We also except all major credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and give the customer all of the possibilities. We then work up a quote to fit the customers budget and wants. If desired we move forward to get the project Complete and leave with a smile on a customer’s face.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get multiple quotes and make sure that the contractor understands what you were looking for. Ask for pictures of previous work. Make sure that your contractor is up-to-date with state licensing and insurance laws.
