- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat rate pricing system. The price is based off the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have, that's it! We have extras to choose from, like cabinets/fridge cleaning/stove cleaning, etc. We also offer a discount for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically call you after your booking, to talk more about how we will get in the place and how your experience booking online was. We send a reminder email 3 days before your clean and another reminder the day before your clean. When our cleaners arrive they do a walk-through of the house and again before they leave. This insures we don't miss any spots!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in business and accounting. This business was founded with my wife, Amber, who has 3 years of cleaning experience with a national cleaning company.
