Upfront my experience was pleasant. He reached out immediately to understand what I was looking for and was very reasonable. However, the day of the event, he showed up an hour later than he told me he would and with different liquor brands that I requested. I let him know up front that I wanted specific tequila and bourbon, which he let me know would cost more. I agreed. When asked about why he didn't have those brands, he said I didn't tell him that. Then later admitted that I did and that he would make up for it.... still waiting.
