The guys at Better Best AC are incredibly professional. Everything they did from the initial estimate all the way until the job was done, and even the follow-up days after the job was done all impressed me very much. I had 3 other companies come out to do estimates, and all of them said I needed another unit, 2 of them didn't even look at my current unit or any of my duct work! All of them spent less then 10 minutes at my house, so I don't know how they gathered all the information they needed...Better Best AC sent 3 guys to do the estimate, and they spent a good 45 minutes crawling into the attic to look at the ducts, and to test my current unit. They were the only ones who thought I didn't need a new unit and they could correct some major existing issues. They were so thorough, I decided to trust their judgement! I couldn't be happier with my decision. These guys showed up on time, worked hard the entire time. I was amazed by the work ethics they displayed. The owner Deshaun explained everything to me every step of the way. He really cared about getting the job done right! I will use them for any of my cooling and heating needs in the future, and have already recommended them to my friends and neighbors! Don't make the mistake of just anyone... Go with these guys if you want the job done right the first time!

Dedicated, knowledgeable professional at a good price. My a/c unit in the attic was leaking on the other side of a double that I own, and they were able to evaluate it the same day and replace it within 2 days. Price was 20% less than an a/c company I used previously (and I was an acquaintance of the owner). There was a subsequent issue which was not likely all their fault since I have an old fixer-upper and everything in the attic is hanging on by a thread. They stayed for hours later and followed up on the issue with more concern than any other company I have ever hired to do anything. Mr. Barrow even spotted and corrected errors from the previous company that would have caused long-term damage (suction line cleaner left on new condensers for over a year). I would definitely use Better Best A/C again.

Better best was great to work with. They were very cordial, super nice, confident; they knew the problem and the solution almost immediately. They also diagnosed some other existing issues that we were not fully aware of while they were here. D’Shawn also took time to walk me through the issues, why things weren’t working and what to do to avoid problems in the future. They were very pleasant to work with and I really appreciated that.
