Our diagnosis of the issue was that we needed a new thermostat. We wanted to get a "nest" system. Deshaun said he could install the system but when he arrive we didn't need a new Thermostat, we needed a sensor. Instead of installing the new thermostat and the sensor, he told us to return the thermostat (a total savings of $279 plus $150 for install). He then ordered the sensor for us because he didn't have one but he was able to make us a temporary solution so that we had heat during the recent cold snap. 20 degrees outside and we have a broken heater but Deshaun came to the rescue. Deshaun has been easy to work with. He's responsive via text, email, or calling but doesn't take calls while he's on a job. I like that. He's focused on the client and then calls you back ASAP.

Unit was not cooling, so leaking freon. Location was identified in coil, so new coil will be next. Because repairman ran late, he gave me first 3 pounds of freon and will also contact manufacturer about possible warranty for me. Freon per pound was half what a big company charged in Sept. Will definitely have him install the coil for me.

If I could give these guys 15 stars I would! Not only were they the fastest in response time for assessing my project and getting me a quote, but their service has gone above and beyond. They did a great job on installing a new unit for my addition and were even able to help when there issues with the old ac unit. These are some beautiful people, and they really know what they are doing. If you want a project done in a timely manner, but still professional with no corners cut, these are your guys!

The guys at Better Best AC are incredibly professional. Everything they did from the initial estimate all the way until the job was done, and even the follow-up days after the job was done all impressed me very much. I had 3 other companies come out to do estimates, and all of them said I needed another unit, 2 of them didn't even look at my current unit or any of my duct work! All of them spent less then 10 minutes at my house, so I don't know how they gathered all the information they needed...Better Best AC sent 3 guys to do the estimate, and they spent a good 45 minutes crawling into the attic to look at the ducts, and to test my current unit. They were the only ones who thought I didn't need a new unit and they could correct some major existing issues. They were so thorough, I decided to trust their judgement! I couldn't be happier with my decision. These guys showed up on time, worked hard the entire time. I was amazed by the work ethics they displayed. The owner Deshaun explained everything to me every step of the way. He really cared about getting the job done right! I will use them for any of my cooling and heating needs in the future, and have already recommended them to my friends and neighbors! Don't make the mistake of just anyone... Go with these guys if you want the job done right the first time!
