Highly recommended!!!!! It took me about 10 estimates to have finally met wonderful people that were willing to listen and help . I greatly appreciate their responsive. They were very patient and Dominique called me back even after I tried to get other quotes , and that I admire that they just didn’t push me aside as if I didn’t matter . Dedicated, knowledgeable professional at a good price. My a/c unit in the attic was leaking on the other side of a double that I own, and they were able to evaluate it the same day and replace it within 2 days. Price was 20% less than an a/c company I used previously (and I was an acquaintance of the owner). There was a subsequent issue which was not likely all their fault since I have an old fixer-upper and everything in the attic is hanging on by a thread. They stayed for hours later and followed up on the issue with more concern than any other company I have ever hired to do anything. Mr. Barrow even spotted and corrected errors from the previous company that would have caused long-term damage (suction line cleaner left on new condensers for over a year). I would definitely use Better Best A/C again.
