J&K Maintenance, LLC

My name is Kayla Perez and I am the business owner of J&K MAINTENANCE, LLC. Me & my fiancé (Jeffery C) opened this business in March of 2022. I am also a mother of four- Ryleigh (5yrs old), My Angel Baby, Hudson (1 yr 5mos old), and Kinsleigh (2mos old). My kids are what keeps me motivated and inspired. I have an associates degree in business management and I also just went into another business (Accurate Tree Service), with a friend of mine, Jeffrey L. Here at J&K Maintenance, LLC, we take pride in our work and work closely with our customers to ensure customer satisfaction. We have had subcontracts from Daniel & Daniel Maintenance, LLC which is out of Denham Springs, LA and as of the end of February 2023, J&K Maintenance, LLC partners with Accurate Tree Service on many jobs for tree services (removal, trimmings, pruning, cabling, etc.), outdoor landscape (including design & architect), demolition services, excavation services, and concrete installation/repairs. I manage both businesses and do all the scheduling to ensure that the customers are getting a higher chance at getting all of their service needs that both companies offer at the same time, per customer request.
