I do whatever the individual's needs are, from light weekly cleaning to one-time hard cleaning. I do laundry sometimes, and fold clothes, load the dishwasher, clean the kitchen, vacuum and mop floors, clean bathrooms, dust, and make beds. Hard cleaning services include baseboards, ceiling fans, walls, ovens, refrigerators, and windows. I have my own transportation and supplies. I'm flexible, dependable, honest, mature, and hardworking.

Mrs. Dorothy was super nice! She came over and made my house look like new. Her price was very fair. She did such a great job, I asked her to clean another apartment 3 days later. I have since recommended her to others. Will certainly utilize her services again!

Ms. Dorothy was truly exceptional! I left a list of items I needed done and she exceeded the list. My home FINALLY feels like a home because of the hard work she put in to make it spotless! There was one item on the list she couldn't complete because of a time constraint and she made sure to let me know. Was not an issue and look forward to having her back again.

We hired Dorothy for a move-out cleaning of our condo on December 21, 2013. She was EXCELLENT! I am glad that I hired Dorothy instead of working with a corporate cleaner. She worked non-stop for four hours and left the place spotless. Very reasonable rates and the quality of her work is worth every penny. We will definitely call her again to clean our new house!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally base my quotes on $15 an hour for me and my helper. Example - If we clean for 3 hours together the price would be $90.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask what size the home is, what jobs they want done, where they are located, if they want extra things done. I do clean ovens and frigerator, but that cost extra. If they want laundry I only do 2 loades. I will change beds and wash sheets. I will meet them and look at the home before hand to give a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from high school, had some business college, some computer education, worked for Department of Natural Resources for 25 years, raised 3 children, and worked outside the home for 47 years. I have over 10 years in the house cleaning business.
