We recently used American Leak Detection to locate a very small hot water leak in our slab that was revealing itself in our living room and kitchen. The scheduler was kind and helpful in arranging the appointment. The technician, Kiel, was very thorough and detailed while locating the exact copper line which was leaking. We appreciate their knowledge and support! We have used them previously in 2019 and we experienced the same high quality service then as well.

Ian Simms is a leak specialist and was at my house last week to locate the pipe or pipes that were leaking. Ian was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful through this process. It was not easy to find the leak for several reasons, but he was very patient and explained everything he was doing. He located the manifold and explained the whole process!
I would definitely recommend this specialist to anyone who has an issue with plumbing leaks

Stephen has come to help us the last two days with a leak we’ve been having, the first day he came out to see if he could help us find out exactly where and what was causing it. The leak unfortunately ended up being more complicated than any of us thought and despite not knowing exactly what caused it, he made sure to come back today and oversee the plumbers we hired. The level of care and attention to detail that he exhibited was phenomenal. He explained things in a way I could understand, he truly went above and beyond. I can’t recommend him or this company enough.
