1000% recommend Odie for your home repairs. My siding and deck look amazing now that he has completed the job, Initial consult was prompt and precise. He was respectful and professional coming when he said and keeping communication throughout the process. I appreciated the upfront honesty regarding the estimate and pricing and possibility for price increases once the damaged siding was removed. The estimate was very detailed. He and crew were as quiet as possible and cleaned throughout the process at days end. They left my home very clean and hauled the waste away. I will absolutely be using again if the need arises

Odie Wells did a great job on my garden home. He was able to replace incorrectly installed vinyl siding strips on both sides of my house, matching them perfectly to the color. He inspected my roof for me and discovered something which was NOT repaired when the roof was replaced right before I purchased the home and set that to rights. I have no trees on my property but each of my neighbors does; one rubs or knocks against my metal chimney making a horrible racket every time the wind blows; the other was laying on the roof. He trimmed both of these back for me; there was one right outside my front door that had grown above the roof line and needed to be cut down; he did that. When the new roof was put on, the workers inadvertently reattached the Direct TV dish...I wasn't going to use it but it was done before I closed on the house so there it sat. He removed it and fixed the shingles that surrounded it. Once all the structural work was complete he pressure washed my house. It looks brand new! He consulted with me during every step of the repairs. He responded to my inquiry within hours; he came and did an inspection the next day; sent me photos and we discussed the repairs. Weather was dicey last week but he worked around it even working on Saturday. He was so very nice to work with and I would highly recommend him. He does so much more than vinyl siding, roofing and pressure washing! Give him a call, you won't be disappointed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to give my customers the best job that I can for a fair price. the majority of the prices that I give are for turn key jobs that include materials and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to inspect the work to be done before giving a quote. Then I will explain to the customer what I see and how I would go about doing the work. Next I will write out an estimate for the job. If the customer wants me to do the work for them we will both sign the contract and the job will be scheduled and done according to the weather and availability of everyone involved
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a third generation in this work my grandfather started it and he taught my father who still works today and I was taught by them at an early age by going to work with them and learning with hands on experience
