My mom wanted a classy pink cake for her wedding and I was referred to Hailey Cakes by a family member. She was professional, sweet and patient with my ever changing request and questions. The end result was amazing and my mom was floored when she saw the cake. It look amazing and it was delicious.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the serving, prices per serving range starting at $3.00. Cupcakes are discounted after you order two dozen or more. They’re also discounted if ordered with a cake. Customer loyalty discounts exist. Delivery fees apply for wedding cakes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. The written word is better for taking orders so no mistakes are made. If something is out of my wheel house I will let you know. Time wasted is one of my pet peeves so I’ll never waste yours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m completely home taught no formal training but I do educate myself by way of YouTube and other Cake decorators.
