Rosemary & Roux is proud to be lead by woman entrepreneurs. Chef Katie Cox and Ashley Keifer are not only business partners, they have been good friends for years after meeting while working together in a local restaurant.
They showcase a style of cooking that is "low and slow." In south Louisiana they call it "smothered," but chefs call it "braising." The signature dish, the Roast Beef Debris is sure to please the foodies in your group as well as the guests with more simple tastes. It's food EVERYONE enjoys eating. Rosemary & Roux also offers Event Coordination and has relationships with the best vendors in the Greater New Orleans area to bring your vision of the perfect event to life. Our coordinators charge an hourly rate which always beats the competition without sacrificing quality, experience, or talent.
