Rebuilding from the flood. I had him update my shower valves and split my single bowl vanities into doubles. He did a fantastic job and saved me a ton of money over what two other plumbers quoted me. On time and friendly every time. Hire this guy.

I hired him based on the reviews but unfortunately, it backfired on me. He came in yesterday unprepared which he could not take out the toilet flange with proper tools. So I suggested him to cone back with the necessary tools to take out the old one and install a new one. He did... However he made a quite mess on our end which we had to clean out the bathroom to be spotless again. Would I hire him again? Think again, he quoted me "that is what I pay for what I get". He is right... 😩

I really tried to make it right. I charged pretty cheap. I lost money on that job. I cleaned the bathroom the best I could and your carpet. And I told you I did't know if you had cast iron or pvc drains. I was just starting out. communication was hard because everyone is deaf. It was frustrating and I said that comment you get what you paid for because didn't have the money to buy something to cover the work area. The job got done none the less.

I have a set price per fixture. If it is a leak that needs to be fixed i will charge by the hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would talk to you on the phone. Meet you at your house or where ever the work is,look at it and give you a price on labor and follow up on the price on material.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had 5 years of school. plumbers license. and countless of hours of work in the field
