- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal earn your business for life. That means to charge fair prices and do the best work possible. We are not out to empty your wallet, we want your repeat business and we want you to tell all your friends and family. We can only do this by being the best at the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will always have the owener of the company doing the work. I will take the time to discuss your needs and work with you to ensure you get what you need at the right price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to more than 30 years of e⅝xperience, I have been trained through the NYC plumbers apprenticeship program. I aslo trained as a plumber in the US Coast Guard which required several schools offered by the Coast Guard and the Navy. Last but not least, I have attended several courses in instaltion, maintenance, and repair of water heaters, both tank and tankless as well as many other courses like radiant heating, natural gas BBQ conversions, and hole home generator install.
